CURUBA

 

Although its flavor is more sour than sweet, the Curuba is one of Colombia’s most distinguished fruits. Its color varies from yellow to green and its shell is smooth with a soft flesh. Its seeds are edible but are not commonly included in recipes since Curuba´s best attribute is its juiciness.

Uses
