TAHITI/PERSIAN LIME

The Tahiti Lime is common in many parts of the world and is known for its acidic flavor. Less abrasive in flavor that a key lime, this seedless fruit is acidic but not abrasive. The fruit has a citrus, like interior, as one would find in a traditional lime, and also shares the vibrant green rind we associate with limes.
