Oregano

Oregano originates from the Mediterrean region, but also thrives under the care of our South American farmers. Fresh oregano leaves have a brilliant green color and are soft to the touch while dried oregano is a darker green shade and has a slightly crunchy feel. Oregano has earthy, bitter spice making it great for cooking!
