Rosemary is native to the Mediterranean region, but has been wonderfully harvested by our Colombian and Ecuadorian farmers. This herb has a distinct flavor and aroma with tones of pine, pepper, lemon and mint. The leaves resemble those of an evergreen tree, once plucked from the stem they can be used in a multitude of ways in the kitchen.
